Remicade or Imuran?

I have an infusion on my scalp which I have been told is caused by the Remicade. My gastroentologist had told me that I could stay on the Remicade and endure the lesions or try increasing the Imuran and have to go for bloodwork once a month because of increased risk of infections. Here is an update. I went for a second opinion. The doctor I saw today implied it might be better to stay with the Remicade. Last year, I had a colonoscopy and it showed small ulcerations around the area where I had my resection. Those ulcerations showed up while being on both Remicade and Imuran. It sounded like he was implying that meant there would be a greater chance of me needing surgery if I went off Remicade. Still want to seek more advice.
