I am having my first flare up, I am usually so active and always on the go and I cant do anything I was meant to be doing a half marathon next month, I tried to walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes last week and i was soooo tired. I am not coping well with this, I cant stop crying and feel so low and depressed all the time. I am an active person and just want to be fit. Does anyone know how I can get past this? I hate it so much!
