Sharp pains on Anus :( ?

I have a sharp pain constantly on my anus like rite on my butthole not to be grose but it's constant I do have crohnes but in remission.. I have narrowing of ilium small intestine is that normal what could it be? I had a cat scan an nothing showed other Than my crohnes which is located nowhere near there:sign0085:

I had that for a while before developing an abscess followed by a fistula ;-( I also suffer with chronic anal fissures which are like little tears than can cause some bleeding !!! Honestly not nice but part of crohns territory , I too have crohns located in the terminal ileum , obviously it may be caused by something totally different for you ,
Maybe get your GP to have a little look, I ended getting an examination under anasthetic to get my diagnosis

I also had a sharp twingy pain there leading up to my abscess/fistula. You mentioned that they did a ct scan and did not see anything.... what did they think the issue is then?

That's exactly what I was feeling before my abscess (now turned fistula) appeared. I would get a second opinion, you really don't want a fistula. Good luck with getting a diagnosis, I have my fingers crossed for you

Thank you everyone.. I did get a ct scan and nothing appeared so they don't really know what it is.. Iv have a fistula before I just can't remember what is felt like.. How do they go away?
