Should I be looked at after passing vomit

I take 5mg of Prednisolone have Crohns Disease and Asthma. It looked yellow and although solid as well as being larger than borderline spit I'd class it as small medium sized.

Only if you are dehydrated, dizzy/light-headed, still feeling pain, can't hold down meals. That's what my GI told me.

Thanks for that, actually am experiencing some very slight pain so would I be right in calling the nurses on Monday?
