Smoking has always given me stomach cramps and the times I have quit smoking my appetite has picked up significantly. It definately took a toll on my crohn's symptoms. After trying to quit 100 times I've given in to the electronic cig fad. I have to say...I love it. Definately not as hard on the body as a regular cig.

I smoke about 3 small cigars per week, it has helped me with my nerves and depression and no nasty side affects/addiction as with anti depress meds, and I tried a LOT of phsyc meds, most make me very sleepy and/or just make me vomit. Actually I was even addicted to zanax for a while.

From my experience, it makes it 10x's worse!! I constantly went to the bathroom after I smoked (as if I don't go enough). This month is a year since I quit smoking and I alot better in some ways!
