So achey...

I don't know if its the recent stress but I can't shake the overall aches that I have all over my body. I also have a slight fever. Strangely, my stomach is ok today. Probably because I have barely eaten. But these ACHES. I take a Lortab but because there was nothing on my stomach I ended up vomiting it up and a bunch of water and bile. Very sexy.

Anyone have advice or does anyone else get these aches? They're so horrible.

I often feel very achy too. I like to complain that I'm 23 in an 80 year olds body. That's how I feel anyway. I hope you feel better

Definitely had those pains before. If you don't have pain killers I'd suggest a heating pad. Lot's of my aches were in my lower back so it helped so much laying in bed with it.

I second the heating pad. I also get regular massages, and I take a lot of hot baths. Those things all seem to help tremendously with my achy joints and achy back.

We just went from 113 degree weekend to rain and 60 degrees the last few days. I've felt quite rickety myself as a result. Likely more environmental and weather related though.. that and I need to do yoga.
