Starting to jucie and sickness

Hey guys im starting my jucie journery and today i made one called the Eye operner 🙊
It was 2 apples
2 oranges
And 1/3 carrot
I felt okay drinking it but later on in the day i felt so sick
Then i got sick has any one else struggled with this ?
Im not sure if i shoukd try this jucie again and see or try a different one ?
The day befor i had one called fresh start with was just apple and carrot and i was okay felt a bit ficky but wasn't sick
Does any one have any advice? Or do you guys feel funny after jucing
Also i e brough a proten drink its u flouved soya which is gluten wheat and dairy free has any ine tryed this ?
 
i avoid fruit juice, too much sugar...
orange juice doesn't sit well.......

vegetable juice is ok for me, carrot and celery bases with other veggies to suit

i won't tell you what i think of soy or protein drinks:thumbdown:
 
Yeah the fuit doesn't go well for me
And why not soy protein are they very bad or full of rubbish ? Do you jucie at all? And if you do what goes well for you and what do you avoid
 
It might be that you have too much fruit in them at the moment. I know when I am flaring I have to wait for the inflammation to go down a bit before I can drink a lot of fruit juice. I'd try taking out a fruit and replacing with a vegetable. What else are you eating?
 
Orange juice can make me nauseous if I drink too much. Maybe it was the OJ? It's pretty acidic I think, and if you're taking any meds that mess with your stomach PH (like prednisone) it might cause the sick feeling.
