Strange Symptoms

Hi All,
Sorry for all the posts but I'm new to Crohns and I don't know about certain symptoms despite my research.
I have a very sore throat, and I have had it since leaving hospital a few weeks ago, and I just wondered if this is cause of the Crohns.
Also on my neck, and upper chest I have lots of little bumps, loads and loads of tiny bumps like a rash, and I wondered if this was due to the condition aswell, as I am seeing the doctor on Tuesday and I wondered whether these were things to mention or not.. Or whether I'm just being weird and linking things falsely to the condition?

I dont think you are being weird. I wonder also if you are having a reaction to something? You should definetely mention it to your Dr and show him what is going on. Have you seen our forum Wiki by the way?

Pentasa can cause a sore throat. Can you take a flashlight to your throat and look in a mirror and see if there are any ulcers or redness or anything of note?

Any issues you have or are wondering about, talk to your doc about them. They may not be important to you but they may be related. People can get ulcers in their throat and people can get rashes from the Crohn's itself if its not being caused by a medication etc. If its out of the ordinary, let your GI know even if you don't think its not GI related.

i had severe mouth ulcers before i was diagnosed and also small pimples on my skin, it is one of the things my doc looked for !!
