surgery tomorrow!

Hey everyone!
Tomorrow is the big day, and I couldn't be more nervous. I am in the lovely process of prepping lol. If anyone has some last minute advice or any pearls of wisdom I sure could use them now. I also want to thank everyone for their support thus far!

No pearls of wisdom, but I hope you have a speedy recovery. My brother had the same surgery about 10 + years ago and is doing great, the only thing I remember post surgery was he didnt like when we made him laugh. =)

I haven't really got any pearls of wisdom, but there are a lot of people here who have a lot of positive things to say about the outcome of surgery!

have someone there with a video camera (or phone) after the surery.

you wont remember a thing, and if your like me you'll constantly ask what you were doing:)

Get as much rest as you can, your body will need it!
The camera is a funny but great idea, I don't remember much of my
surgery anymore either. Surround yourself with the people and things that
you love. It's amazing what positive and happy thoughts can do for the body!

I've been lucky enough to not require surgery so far, so I can't give any advice. But I sure hope all goes well for you and you are feeling better soon. Good luck, Brandon!

Good luck, man.

Surgery'll probably knock ya for a loop for a while, but relief is in sight. Remission rules!
 
hey baby. Im at the hospital right now. I know this is the first thing you'll check when you can get on the computer. Your surgery went good. No bags. Which I know you were scared most about. Your doing okay now. They took out both infected spots. I love you and I cant wait for you to feel better. You are the most important thing in my life and its about time that you take over your life. I love you so much.

Hey guys, I want to thank everyone for all of your support and advice!! Everything went well and they are planning on releasing me tomorrow!! Kristina, thank you for being there for me and helping take care of me...you dont know how much it means to me! I g2g, getting my first bit of solid food since thanksgiving!!! I will try my best to keep you guys updated with my recovery!
