Swollen gland(s) one side only?

I've had this happen before...but has anyone encountered getting a swollen/sore gland on only one side under the jaw? I started with that today on the right side, and have this pretty darned sore spot where I can feel a bump/lump.....I can also feel it when I swallow now and sniffle etc.....

Yes I have. Whenever I have issues with my glands under the jaw its usually one side that starts up first and sometimes the other one kicks in as well. I usually get stuff like strep or tonsillitis pretty often which is why I'm having my tonsils removed this month on the 18th. Did you have this happen before you went on Remicade? Its possible that Remicade could be contributing to you getting sick assuming that you're sick as they can also become swollen from injury etc. http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/swollen-lymph-nodes-topic-overview

I feel like I'm getting a cold - so that is probably it...took the day off tomorrow to rest up...have too much crap to do at work to be off for long!
