Tiredness

Over the past couple of days I have definitely been getting a flare-up because I am at the very end of my remicade which is normal however I have been so extremely tired for no apparent reason. It is not from a lack of sleep so could this just be another sympom of Crohn's. I have had Crohn's for over 6 years and never experienced this before.

Lately I have had a lot of problems with fungal infections that no matter what my general physician prescribed me either didn't go away or comes right back. I informed my GI about this however he sent me back to my General Physician. Though on medication for this still it is still present.

Could this tiredness be related to maybe a fungal infection maybe getting into the blood stream or could it be related to the Crohn's flare?

yeah definitly when im flaring im extremely tired. your body spends a lot of energy fighting inflammation whereas that energy would normally be availible for you to use in other ways. i have no idea about the fungal infection possibility though, sorry.
i also do have anemia, and that plays a huge role in my fatigue too. have you gotten bloods done recently? signs of anemia are low iron counts, low hemoglobin, and some vitamin deficiencies. maybe ask your doc to order some up for you?
