Long story short as Ive posted on here so Ive had Crohns for 9 months now, my current medication is just Aza. Pred worked brilliant but when I reduced my dose my symptons came raging back and buesionide hasnt worked as I wait for my humira treatment.

Over the last 2 weeks I have been getting alot of trapped wind in my stomach, its making me feel sick as it feels like my food is just sitting on top of it, I just cant get that big burp up! Also which has worried me and I will be telling my doctor is when I have played football recently, after running around for 20 minutes I will feel sick and haveto run off the pitch and vomitt in the middle of the game! its slightly embarassing and not right!

Definelty something not working right in my stomach aswell! Any have simliar problems or know wat it could be?

Thanks.

I had the same issue and for me (not necessarily anyone else) it was related to strictures preventing the flow of "material" through my bowels. I know exactly what you are describing. Do you know the extent of your disease (location, severity) and do you have any follow up planned with a doc? Might be worth talking to him and describing what is going on. When does your humira start? If it does the job that my remicade did for me, you might be feeling a whole lot better really soon.

Google Bikram "wind removing pose" and try that. I will do it twice a day and it really helps

What was the course of action for the strictures? My case is pretty severe for my age, the words of the doc. Im due for a check up at the end of the month, but Im waiting for dates from the clinic to start my humira treatment, so wont be seeing him for a while. Hopefully it does, thanks.
