Trouble with constant Sinus infections on Cimzia

Well this is my 3rd sinus infection in 6 weeks I have missed quit a few days of work because of the fever and sinus pressure not to mention it makes my smell and taste off a bit. Called my GI yesterday because I keep getting put on antibiotics from my primary DR I cant live on antibiotics. What stink Cimzia is working for my crohn's related issues very well but I have started having bad joint pain along with the continuous sinus infections My GI's assistant says he may want to look at putting my on Humara or something like it. Has anyone else had any of these side effects with Cimzia? I really hate giving up something that keeps my crohns at bay, however I cant live with being sick with fever and work a full time job. I really don't want to end up homeless LOL.

Have you been taken off the Cimzia while on the antibiotics? Maybe you aren't fully fighting it off and the residual gets you sick again.

Nope they keep me on the Cimzia even while Im sick. Unless I run a fever when its shot time I'm told to wait till I have no fever. Went to the ENT this morning before work and he said there is a mess of inflammation in my sinus cavity put me on Z-pack for 7 days I was taking Amoxicillion before but that gives me terrible diarrhea this is my 3rd round of antibiotics I'm due for another shot on the 27th im not really wanting to take it in fear of staying sick we'll see what my GI comes up with. They didn't call me back today Ill call them in the morning to see what he suggest
