Hello! I started slimming world last week and on the Monday I had some melon, a tangerine and some homemade veg soup - i had stomach pains from that evening that sort of carried on until Wednesday. Normally I have very little effects and sm not on any meds, I was diagnosed a few years ago and am 34. I have no weight issue except I am overweight! There are loads of foods you can eat for free on most diets and I notice a few of you say raw veggies are a big problem? I make soups like carrot & lentil (blended) and lentil carrot barley and ham and am usually ok so I'm thinking its the fruit maybe?? Anyone else tried Sw and if so how did it go? X
