Thanks Buford! The capsules are very expensive, though I have never used them. I simply mix a level teaspoon of powdered Turmeric found in the seasoning section of the supermarket into a glass of cold water and drink it on an empty stomach between breakfast and lunch. For me the results have been close to that of a miracle, much like the big gun meds, but without the nasty side effects.
Thanks Buford!
How long did it take for you to feel the effects of the Tumeric? Do you take anything else for sore joints?

I'm one month in. Less stiffness and joint pain, also I have a more awake feeling.
Generally speaking if my insides are behaving I tend to have less joint and muscle pain. I do still get random back pain though. It seems the more I stick to a fruit and vegetable diet the better. If I eat pork I'm hurting inside and out, beef is almost as bad as well. I get traction for my back and also chiropractic care when needed. I also stretch regularly and use resistance bands as well as lift weights. Turmeric has taken me to another level though, far less issues with pain overall.
