So my CT scan came back "normal" shock, horror! *sarcastic eye roll*
So of course I had to ask what to do next since Dr's seem to think that patients are mind readers. My dr was off today so I will get a call back from the nurse tomorrow with a referral name, the place will be in Georgetown Dc.
So I'm slightly miffed, not because of yet another negative test result as I didn't expect this one to show anything but because my very first test which was an Endoscopy showed slight irritation on my upper intestine but she just shrugged it off like "whatever" and wrote on my form " Gastroenteritis " like woman are you kidding me?
So now that I have done every test asked by her why is she not thinking that maybe she was too quick to dismiss the irritation and why was it irritated? I mean seriously why am I having to think about this stuff when Drs are paid god knows how much to do this? I should start charging her!
My Gp wanted me on Crohns meds, but of course my Dr as nice as she is.. is a stubborn cow and won't listen to anyone else's opinions and apparently she won't even accept evidential proof -____-
I mean that "slight irritation" may of been the start of all this? Am I maybe over thinking it? maybe but god some proof is better than none.
All I know is just over 6 months a go I was okay then BOOM I'm ill and my life changed within days.
She said she doesn't know what I have but yet wants me to go on a gluten free diet?
I get that Dr's are human and they aren't perfect (neither am I) but what happened to Dr's giving a crap about the patient? now it's all about how much they can milk your insurance, that's how it feels anyway.
So anyways I hope people are having a better day then I am and I hope everyone is as pain free as possible, much love to you all xxxx
