Hey everyone,

Have a question and was wondering if anybody had experienced something similar and could offer some insight. I have noticed several times now that during a bowel movement, after some time of sitting around, when urine hits the water it will almost precipitate and become an opaque liquid and not appear to be urine anymore. Has anybody ever experienced this? Any and all insight would be helpful. Thanks!

I am confused. Are you meaning that it is like a whitish color, which would suggest puss in the urine? This could mean infection. How much water are you drinking? If you are not drinking enough it could cause your urine to be very dull and dark. Not sure if I was of any help, maybe someone else will chime in.

No, it doesn't come out as white. It appears normal but then as soon as it hits the water it appears to change to white. No clue at all what that means but I have noticed it a couple of times now. I drink plenty of water so I am not sure if that should be a problem.

I am not sure, I am stumped. I wish I had an idea, but I dont. Maybe have your doctor do a urine culture and analysis just to check it and see if it is normal. At least you can rule out any type of infection or if there is anything else in the urine that may cause it to be abnormal. Just an idea..

Pee in a cup and see what it looks like afterwards. Then dump it in the toilet and see if it changes to white.
