Venting

I ate something called beyond meat yesterday. I don't know if there is any connection or not but earlier I felt a stronger need to go to the bathroom than I have felt for a while. Even with feeling this way I still bought some salmon with a citrus sauce on it which has given me problems in the past.

I do the same thing. I don't know why. Guess I feel a need to keep checking in with this disease to make sure it's still there! It is.
