Okay, this is probably going to be one of the silliest questions yet. It is starting to be cold in the mornings and after I finish a smoothie or juice, I am frozen myself, almost shivering I am that cold. Has anyone ever done any "warm" juicing? I would think heating the ingredients would remove the beneficial nutrients when heated.

I haven't done warm juicing, I would imagine it tastes gross, and like you said probably removes some of the nutrients. I am one of those people who is always cold, and I usually drink either juice or a smoothie in the mornings too. Either way, I'm drinking something cold, so I always follow it up immediately with a mug of hot herbal tea. That gets me warmed up again and is far more palatable than the thought of warm juice. :) It's a lot of liquid to have both juice/smoothie and tea every morning, but I tend to get dehydrated easily anyway so it seems beneficial to me. I hope that helps!

I do the same. I follow up with warm tea. That is the only bad thing about smoothies/shakes/juice in the winter. Oh well. lol

I have made apple, ginger and lemon juice before , then topped up with some hottish water to create a kind of toddy. I think it tastes like hot apple pie yum.

I would say add ginger, galangal and/or chilli to the drinks to make it warmer
