Weird pain in anus? Sphincter? :(

Why do I have random constricting pains in my ********? my anus? my sphincter constricting? whyyyy?

I was just diagnosed with Crohn's but have been sick for 9 months. Lost my job, had to quit college etc ****** year literally.

What do I do so my ass doesn't constrict and feel painful?

What meds are you taking? I get the same pain due to my Crohns being right at my rectum. Pentasa suppositories may help, and so can Predfoam (enema in a foam form)

They say my crohns is in my small intestine and they said AFTER colonoscopy that my anus seems to be larger than it should be (hoping it's just from swelling and inflammation and the damn colonoscopy!)

I've only ever been on Lialda 2X a day 1.2 grams each. Probiotic Florestor one capsule every other day. Just hitting my 8 week mark in first treatment ever and still can't work.
