Hello I am currently taking a liquid supplement fermented tumeric and ginger by Botanica. I have heard that Magnesium helps but I havent looked into it yet myself, I was also taking flaxseed oil capsoles everyday, I dont think they bothered me but I would have to try again to test. This fermented tumeric and ginger has deffinitly helped me out, it says it helps relieve inflammation and helps maintain a healthy intestinal tract, also it says to consult your doctor or what ever before taking it, in which I didnt, but I havent had any bad reactions to it and in fact i dont get as many pains as I usually do. I wanted to see if anyone else has tried this and what they experienced and what other supplements/vitamins people take.

I cant have flaxseed its self though. The oil seemed to be okay but I was also still trying go figure out things to eat so thats why i said i woukd have to test again but even then i dont think i would try it again due to the fact how bad the seed is (even ground) on my stomach

I take a multi-vitamin, total essential fatty acids pill (Omega 3-6-9), glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM, probiotics. Plus my regular Colazal and Prilosec prescription.

very interesting product by Botanica. Thanks. I take a curcuminoid extract complex by NOW. I also take Benefibre which is Chicoree root inuline (prebiotic) and L-glutamine at this moment. and vitamin D.

The main pills I take (other than the budesonide) to battle the effects of Crohn's are things to treat the anemia I sometimes get:
65 mg iron - twice a day
500 mg vitamin C - taken with the iron
Vitamin B12

Other stuff (although not really Crohn's related:
Fish oil x 3
Folic acid
Cinnamon capsules 500 mg x 4
Biotin
Vitamin D 2000 units x 2
Selenium 400 mg

My GI told me that theres no use for me to take supplements as nothing gets absorbed, so just the normal meds and the only i do take extra are citro soda to cleanse my kidneys. I wonder if B12 shots will help

my intuition tells me Benefiber is the supplement that is the most beneficial for me and my colon. im on it 4 scoops/day since a good 6 months or more.
BM and gaz are different since I take it, more gaz, but most strikingly, complete odorless gaz!
