I am so sorry to hear what you are going through.
If the pain is that bad, you should go to the hospital. If it is discomfort, the hot pad would have worked. Maybe they can help you find relief and then contact your GI in the morning.

there could be a lot of things going on and you should get checked asap..

I hope you find the relief you need and what is causing such pain.

let us know...

I actually ate something and then the pain was just out of this world with fever then passed out my gi doesn't seem to be hearing me when I tell him my levels of pain and what happens when I actually eat

What is the pain level now? Where is your crohns located? Has this happened before? What did you eat? If you go the E.R. they will usually do a Cat Scan and they can see what may be the problem.

Something is wrong..... you need to get checked.

You most likely have a fistula, go to the ER, they will help with the pain and it will force people to take you more seriously. I have been there it is not fun, if it's the same pain I had then there was nothing that could have kept me from the ER I knew immediately something was terribly wrong.

I hate going to the er they give me dilaton? And send me home look at me like I'm stupid and should be able to deal with it and I've never experienced passing out from pain then waking up and staying in pain and still going to the bathroom this is horrifying and I can hear my stomache growling and feel it pulsating

I'm sorry that you are in so much pain...

You know what I did the first time I went to the ER? They were not paying attention to me and the pain was unbelievably bad. So, I took their Christmas tree ornaments box and threw up in it. That got their attention really well. :3 The time after that, I walked up to the nurses station and was in so much pain I crippled to the floor and started crying. That also got their attention. My point is, just tell it like it is. Don't be strong or brave or something. These people see a lot and you have to freak them out a little to get their attention. >:)

Or call an ambulance, they are actually legally required to see you first if you roll up in one of those babies.

My advise is go to the ER if it does not get better quickly. IBD has lots of wired underlying things that it can cause. I had blood clots and they killed my kidney because of a Crohn's complication. If I had gone sooner, I might still have two of those things... :p

Feel better!

udontknow87 If your GI isn't taking you seriously then please find another GI. Also if the ER you went to also isn't taking you seriously (they should be running tests while you're there like a small bowel follow through or CT scan along with blood work etc) then please if you can go to another hospital. If you're passing out from pain and fevers then you need urgent care.
