What's the deal with skin tags???

[My Butt Hurts]

I had 5 anal skin tags removed. I thought I was heaven - so easy to wipe after a BM - it hasn't been like that in years. Seriously, try and wipe your butt with 5 little fingers in your way, It's not enjoyable. Anyways, this was exactly ONE month ago, and I think I have 3 starting to grow again.
Are they the same ones coming back? Are they new ones? Will I ever be tag free?

I have bunch of them. The doctors told me they wouldn't remove them because they wouldn't heal well. I wish they'd go away, but I've had them so long that I'm used to them.
