Wind pain after op?

I had an illocaecal resection 4 weeks ago. Been recovering fairly well although did have to go back into hospital just over a week ago and had some fluid drained from under my wound.
Yesterday and today I have been having some wind type pains - not unbearable but pretty constant. Has anyone else had this? Hoping it's not the fluid building up again...
I don't know if this makes any difference but I'm still going to the toilet 5-10 times a day. Thanks for any help/advice!

Hi,
All I can suggest is keep walking.
Is food and everything still moving through your system?
If things stop, you're vomiting, run a fever, abdomin gets hard, call the doctor.

Do you have a follow-up appointment booked?

Yeah everything seems to be working ok that end, and no fever. I do have a doctors appointment on tues and follow up with surgeon on 18th so will mention at both then if it's still a problem, thanks Will go for a long walk tomorrow, didn't manage to get out today because of rain!
