work sucks!

I am so tired of being tired. I know I have complained before but now I feel I have to make a career decision. My job is leaving me exhausted day after day. I feel like sleeping all weekend and it sucks. I feel like I don't enjoy anything anymore because I am so tired. I am trying to decide if I shoild open my own online business or not. We paid off one car and should pay off the other soon too. This is the only reason I would consider quitting...having money to do so. Also my husband's work is picking up again.

I am just undecided and hating my job more and more each day.

Thanks for reading. Its been really hard to stay positive lately. I welcome any thoughts.

Oh I just bloodwork done too thinking I had anemia again, but everything came out normal.

Hi Teeny, it has been awhile since I have seen ya. It is really hard to cope with this disease whether you work or not. I haven't worked in 10 years, and there are times I wished I was, but I would of if my Crohn's ever went into remission at least for more than a month. You could be low on B12.. I go for shots once a month and it does make a difference. If you dont like your job, no matter how you feel it still sucks. Been there done that. The State's econonomy has picked up fast enough so hopefully your hubby can work more and or you can find a job you like. Good luck!!!!

The more you hate your job, the more problems you are bound to have. You will find yourself dragging yourself to work everyday. I hated an old job and it took every ounce of strength I had just to go in everyday. I found myself sleeping in all the time and not making it in on time anymore. I just noticed that it zapped all my energy. I think you should consider other options. Whether that be opening your own business, which can be difficult and stressful in itself, or finding another job. If you can afford it, why not look for something you like and want to do but part time? And then look into opening your own business as well? But if you're that unhappy, my recommendation is to move on. Good luck Teeny.

Thanks for the replies! Currently I am looking for something part time. My husband's work has picked up some so we'll see!

Update: so I just started two online businesses. I am sooo excited about them! One has to do with pets and the other with digital scrapbooking. If anyone is interested PM me and I can send you a link. I don't want to name them on the forum in case that is against the rules.

Wish me luck!

OK so now that I nave my websites up and running does anyone have any tips for successful advertising? I am running some AdSense ads, Facebook ads, as well as submitted my URL to several search engines. I am only able to do this part time since I still have my day job so I kind of want to pick things that are low maintenance for now. Is it just trial and error as far as finding the right key words?

Let me know if anyone has any suggestions.

Thanks!
