Your insight on high pain with ileitis?

My disease presents in the terminal ileum, but my pain and soreness is and always has been right below my right rib, where my gallbladder used to be. I am always sore in the pleural area right below my sternum. I have tried three times in the last month to sleep on my stomach, and every time I am awakened with severe tightness in the entire abdominal area seemingly radiating out from the pleural area. In looking at diagrams, it doesn't seem like the T.I. is that high, so what is the deal with my pain epicenter? On week 4 of pred taper at 30 mg going to 20 next week. Doctor wants to look into 6mp and says I need to "warm up to the idea of biologics." Appt again in a month.

Rather than freak out, I ask you what questions I should be hitting my doctor with so that the next treatment that we decide to go with has the best chance of success? Thank you so much for your help.
