Another day at work

Currently, I'm the receptionist at the radiology department of the local hospital. Normally, I get cussed at, things thrown at me, and all kinds of weird stuff.

However, this afternoon, this man informed me that I was excellent at my job, just because I'm pretty LOL It was a nice change from the norm :rof:

Things thrown at you is a normal day!!?? Eek, I wouldn't want to know what a bad day looks like! I have an office job where I sometimes sit at the reception desk too, but I've never had anything thrown at me. At any rate, I'm glad you had one good thing happen in your day (in between thrown projectiles)!

LOL It's not a completely normal thing for things to be thrown, although it does happen more frequently than it probably should!!

I do get yelled at a lot. Not sure why people think that I'm a punch bag, but it seems like there are lots of nuts out there! then I get the guy today. He cracked me up.

I once had a clipboard thrown at me while working at H&R Block, haha. Then a few days later, a little girl told me I was beautiful. It evens out!

I work in a law office now, and the people that call there are awful. I usually don't answer the phones, so the other girl gets most of it. She seems to take it better than me!
