I pretty much get stomach pains everytime i'm done eatting and usually it last about 5-10min and its not hurting, just really uncomfortable. Just seeing if anyone has any advice on what can relieve the pain quickly? Like laying down? Drinking something? Any helpful tips will be useful

I have found the worst ones when having meat. I found that it seems the food is staying in place and not moving. A Chinese masseuse showed me to do belly rubs beginning on the right side (ascending colon) up around the navel and down the left (descending colon) and down around the navel and back up to the right side. Do when in bad pain and you will feel it allieve it. Keep doing it for a few minutes and repeat as often as needed. It will help move things through and help you digest better. If really bad pain, my husband will do it for me, while I concentrate on taking deep, slow breaths. Those cramps can sometimes take your breath away!

Ginger tea will also help reduce pain. Hope this helps!
