Cant cope anymore

im about 4 months into having an ileostomy and im getting so fed up and stressed about everything. My output has become ridiculous the last few days, very watery and i just cant get control of it. Im meant to be going away for the weekend on friday and nothing im doing seems to be slowing it down. Last week it was fine then all of a sudden its just gone completley haywire.

Hi Martin. I wish I had some advice for you, but I don't have any suggestions. Have you posted in the Stoma sub-forum? Perhaps you can get some tips there.
