Help Support Crohn's Disease Forum:

Great thread idea. I don't blog but love VO's blog and many others in the crohn's and ostomy world. I'll need to check yours out Essie. If i have the guts one day id make YouTube videos to help others but I'm afraid it could be risky job wise so I'm cautious.

I've been considering it, however it will most likely be soup focussed, and most likely in no way mention my anything directly related to my gastrointestinal tract, although it might mention other people's..

Like food soup? That sounds awesome! I eat soup a lot, as it's easier for my tum and helps with my chronic dehydration.

Yes, it would be about the food. In no way would I claim my love for soup to be an obsession, but I find whenever I am unable to eat due to hospitalisation or like right now because I'm on prescribed liquid diet consisting only of mediocre protein shakes, I tend to read about and research soup. The dream is to open up a soup joint, and possibly write a cookbook. I quite literally just spend the past hour on Wikipedia reading about various types of soup.

I have one I started in the past month or so :) the link is in my signature :) . Will be having a look at all the others too :) .

Since 2007, I have written 8 different blogs with about 1000 individual posts. They are all currently set to private, only I can view them. The biggest blog, with about 650 posts is essentially a diary cataloguing my life, health challenges and work. I have found writing it to be very therapeutic and it has helped me to learn a lot about myself.
