I've noticed that when pressing just under my right ear where the gland is I've been getting some pain. Mentioned it to my husband and he explained that I've got an ear infection. Put some peroxide in both ears last night and let it sit for awhile and that seemed to help a little.

What have you guys done in the past? I really don't want to go into the doctor and get antibiotics since that didn't do too well on me last time I had a sinus infection. If possible, I'd like to take care of this here at home before it gets too bad.

Thanks.

Asked my coworkers in the pharmacy tonight about it and they told me to use sudafed and some nasacort nasal spray to see if it does anything. Otherwise, looks like a doctor visit is in store. We'll see what happens...

Yes this is what I do for ear aches/infections.
I've found that Benadryl works well too.
The trick for me is to start it the beginning of the infection.
I've started it late and it didn't seem to help as much.

How are you feeling now?

Thanks :) Started the 24hr spray and the 12hr sudafed last night. Seems to be working, but a little tired cause it seems like there's always some reason we end up getting up earlier on our days off than on the days we work. We'll give it another day or two to make sure though...
