PS: I'm going to be taking a lot of pictures today...somewhat intoxicated, so I'll have to make sure to keep them saved so I can be photoshopped to CRAP! If I could perferably be made to sit on Ris' lap (although I'd probably squash the midget), I'd greatly appreciate it. :)

We'll also have to crop me doing my wedding toast, but photoshop it to where I'm toasting CRAP, LOL!

Me thinks I'm the last person on earth who should be doing a wedding toast. :X Yesterday while bra shopping (and yes, I cried too, Ris lol stuffed sausage!), the cashier and I were chatting and the wedding came up. This lady was probably pushing 80 years old -- she goes, "Have you talked her out of it yet"? I said (jokingly) that I tried, but she was glutton for punishment. I said the irony was, was that I was going through a nasty divorce right now and I told her it was amazing how much the person you're divorcing differs from the one you married. She leaned forward and said, "No, it's not that. It's just we ignore it in the beginning", LOL.

Okay, back to picture talkin'...

Out to dinner with the family. No one was smiling when I was taking their pictures, so I decided to smile big for everyone but my sister (who also has crohns) grabbed my face.

Here is me 5 minutes ago. Forgive the blur and aggravated look on my face, as I am using an 8 year old photographer who was less than accomodating to my needs, LOL! I tried to resize and it isn't working, so have fun looking at my pores ::snort::

this was with a broken foot....ahem....long story...but i SO wanted it! And in the year i spent across there, this is my fav photo ever...getting it blown up and put onto canvas!

No, no, your self-deprecating humor and self-directed jabs about your height, looks, ribs, bosom, etc...You're gorgeous the way you are. You've OD'd on humility, Ris, there's too much of that sometimes. More confidence please. :)
 
Ha ha....you know it only took ONE shot....

i was so jammy....a couple of other girls in my group were trying to do it but alas their cameras had too slow a shutter speed.....so i decided to give it a go for a laugh and voila! it worked....my camera rocks....and i have had NO training...fact..

i was one week out of my moon boot for a fractured metatarsal at this point....done it doing a drunken highland fling after the rugby...bloody kiwis and their love of all things scottish....they MADE me do it honest...

so yeah, poor foot....still gimped..

but i got an awesome photo so who cares....

Thanks! Today I'm not looking so hot. I came home this morning smelling like I'd been in Vegas for a long weekend and am never drinking another martini for as long as I live, but hey, I looked nice while it lasted, LOL.

Definitely. :) Wedding was absolutely gorgeous and exceeded everyone's expectations. I'll have to upload what I have into an album and share it.

MBH - Yeah I'm just under 5'3 with no shoes on. I'm half Asian, so I've got the petite thing going on! Haha...BTW, my husband laughed at your username when he saw it. Got a kick out of it! :lol:
 
Go Flames Go!! I lived in Calgary till just before my surgery...I loved it there!! I might be going back on March 5th for a visit :)

My god I have been slack and not looked at this thread for awhile soooo much has been happening so many new photos and people. Everyone is looking hot hot hot!!! Love seeing what everyone looks like and to put a face to a name its great. There are def some hotties on this forum ;) getting me hot under the collar.. ha..ha.. Ha..ha.. Angee I think we all have photos of different stages throughout our crohns flares.. I have some with super skinny me, normal me then another with the pred attack with my moon face!! Lovely.
 
I guess I will go...this is from Christmas. The dog doesn't leave my side when I go to my moms house for a visit. I need a new pic. The house was a mess because of Christmas morning and I was rocking the winter beard so I look older than 12.

"chicks dig the rocky figures in the background" ftw, i have a whole cupboard filled with all my toys, by which i mean figures spaceships and anything geeky, it took me a few months after meeting my girlfriend before i showed her the cupboard, this was however only after she caught me painting warhammer figures, were good now :D
