Help with medical bills???

I am 29 and I was diagnosed with Crohns last year although I believe I had it much longer. In order to get diagnosed I had to get emergency medicaid I was on that for 4 months while I was out of work. I started working again and they cut it off. I havent had any medicine since November 2011 cause I can not afford it. I don't always feel well and I get a hard time when I need to leave work. I dont know what to do to get my meds and I know I need them. I press on to work cause I have a household to take care of and children to support. But how am I to do that if I am not healthy and have no energy and I'm always in pain one way or another?

Hi, I am in Canada so although I cannot give you specifics, I have seen many on here talk about programs with the manufacturers of some drugs whereby their medications are provided free or for little cost due to financial circumstances.

Perhaps someone will chime in with more specifics than I can give. Good Luck.
