Hidradenitis suppurativa - fistula in arm pit?

Hello, all -

I have Crohn's, but my symptoms started with hidradenitis boils around my groin, with two turning into anal abscesses and then fistulas. When nothing helped (draining, setons, etc.) I got a colostomy followed by repair surgery.

Recently I had a bunch of hidradenitis bumps in my right armpit. The derm did a biopsy and gave me antibiotic (doxycycline), a topical cream, and told to use hibiclens once a week. I don't know whether any of this helped or if it just ran its course. After several days on these treatments, the worst one burst and felt a lot better. But a few days later, it closed and then grew and built up pressure until the next time it drained. It's done this three times and I think this cycle has stopped now, but there is a hole in the middle of it that looks kind of nasty. The raised red part is about 1.5 cm wide and the hole about 0.5 cm wide. It's not very deep but definitely goes down below the surface of my skin.

Since I've had fistulas down below, I wonder if anyone has had their hidradenitis suppurativa turn into fistulas on other parts of their body? Should I be worried about getting fistulas up there, too? And if so, where do they track to?
