In a flare and the gas is the worst part..how embarrassing!,

I have been in a flare for a few weeks...its calmed a bit but the gas just wont stop!!!! Literally when I walk, sit, stand, get up you name it its allllll friggin gas. I get so embarrassed because I just spontaneously get up and leave rooms or conversations. Its been the worst part of this flare. Is there something I can do?:sign0085::shifty-t:

I use gastro-soothe (Hyocine butylbromide 10mg) tablets that work well for me when I have cramping due to gas.

Diet, try going scd or paleo, literally after one day of strict scd gas should stop

Nothing helps me, either at work I head for the men's room, or at home I treat my wife to many long, disgusting sounds. If I can't move, it seems my eyeballs turn brown with the bloaty gas. Sometimes in meetings it will race and gurgle so loud everyone can hear.
