Limericks: Rhyme a Line at a Time

also a limerick consists of FIVE lines only.Some of you are chucking any old rubbish in.If you know who you are shame on you,and if you don't know you're doing it,pull yourself together.
 
A limerick is a rhyming poem following the AABBA style. I thought it might be fun to see what we can come up with, providing one line per reply. Perhaps the best part of this will be that we get to start a new one every four or five posts. Here's and example of a famous skunk limerick:

There was a young man from the city,
Who saw what he thought was a kitty,
Saying "Nice Little Cat,"
he gave it a pat.
They buried his clothes out of pity.
 
lets be friends at the bar
