Lump sticking out of my abdomen

Hi everyone just thought id ask if anyone has ever had this before i have noticed a lump a few weeks ago that seems to pop out so i can feel it through my abodmen and then it goes back in when it wants i think its in or right near my intestines as its where i get the pain round that area im not sure what it could be
