Doing well this morning. Energy levels are higher. I am feeling stronger too I believe since avoiding apple sauce with synthetic vitamin C in it. So I'll keep on doinng what I have been, only eating wild caught fish, avoiding synthetic vitamins (only taking the B vitamin multi that is natural from time to time) and avoiding spices. Carrots probably are safe. I've been drinking carrot juice for a week or so. The vegan cheese still need more monitoring. At least with one day it looks to be safe.
 
Doing well today. I was thinking there is only one item I know that gives me lots of fatigue and that is a mulit vitamin. Multi vitamins give me fatigue and upset my stomach. Maybe this is the answer I'm looking for, avoiding vitamin C in particular directly and indirectly with animals fed artificial vitamins. I also remember Raison Bran cereal not making me ill while other cereals being more of a problem. I don't believe Raison Bran has vitamin C added to it. I can remember when younger wondering why Raison Bran wasn't as much of a problem.
