Hi all
Could anyone tell me what the 1st signs of a fistula are. I have what I thought was an abscess about an inch or so inside my bottom from how it feels as I am walking/sitting but I also have what is like a big swelling with a hole on my butt cheek. I have been given antibiotics from my gp but he didnt look to see the abscess because it was inside.
