Rectovaginal Fistula? Please help

Hi everyone,

I had a baby nearly 6 months ago. He was average size and I didn't even tear. Since having him, I've a had a little bit of pressure in the vagina/anus area come and go. I've also had issues with small hemorroids since the pregnany so it could be from that too.

Anyways, the past couple of weeks I've been having some symptoms that make me think I might have a small rectovagnal fistula. But I'm unsure.

I have an air bubble feeling come out of my vagina at times. It doesn't make a sound like gas and doesn't smell. It mostly happens when I move positions. I figured it was just from having my 2nd baby, so things are airy down there.

Second, a couple of times when I'm having a BM it felt like the BM was coming out of both holes. However, when I wiped my vagina it was clear of any stool. Probably unlikely if I had a fisttula, right?
Third, I have hemorroids right now that bleed a little when I have a BM. Today I had pinkish blood in my vagina when I wiped. No stool though. If I have a fistula, could the blood from the hemmies be coming out of my vagina, but not stool?

I'm so confused. I don't have any odor or gross discharge coming of my vagina and no pain, just some pressure.

Any ideas?

I also have little air bubbles that come out of my vagina. I've had it for years, but it seems to have gotten worse since I had a repair of an episiotomy I got with my son. I think that's when it started........I've been worried about the same things you are, but have never had stool come out of it. I do have an issue with what seems like a hernia between the rectum and vagina near the "exit". When I have to go to the bathroom a lot of the stool pushed into the vaginal area (but the wall between the rectum and vagina is a barrier) and I sometimes have to push it back into the rectal area by inserting my thumb into the vagina and pushing it back and downwards (WAY TMI there - I apologize:blush. It sounds awful, but if I don't push it back where it belongs, nothing comes out. I have also had a little pinkish blood come out, but it mainly happens when I have horrible constipation and have to bear down so hard I swear I'm going to burst a blood vessel in my brain and die on the toilet :eek2:
