Remicade cancelled today

So ofcourse my treatment was cancelled today.....and I REALLY needed it. I have had pink eye and some sort of head cold for the last 5 days, so they couldnt do treatment today.... ;(. I am starting to have CD probs again....lots of bathroom trips, blood, nausea and severe fatigue and bone pain....which Im told is from the Pred. I will stay at 30mgs Pred until I get my next Remicade, which wont be until I do a course of antibotics and kick this head cold. So Im hangin in there, goin to see GP in an hour for more pain meds, antibiotics and my follow up from the last hospital stay. Back to bland diet, lots of rest and trying to kick this disease!! So frustrating~

Urghhhh, so sorry you're going through this.
My last dose of remicade was persponed for three weeks as I had shingles, I finally had it last Wednesday.
It's so frustrating, hang on in there, and as my lovely IBD nurse always tells me: try not to stress too much!! Haha, easier said than done.

I hope you get over your cold soon and get your infusion!
