Remicade question

remicade question

Ok ive had my loading doses now im on my maintance ones every 6 weeks. My question is ever since I camr home ive had bad d ans stomach pains. Is this a flare? ive always felt great after them but this time. What should I do?

I get random abdominal pain that is not crohns related since I started remicade. I am not sure if its related to the remicade though as its very random and correlates with nothing.

Tell your doctor next time you see him.

At my infusion center, the main thing spoken about with remi is either exhaustion or lower abdominal pains. It is absolutely a side effect of the drug. Some people didn't feel the pains for the first several doses like you, xoxava. So it's very likely that you are not having a flare. Try to not stress, as you know that will make you worse. I read the side effects of remacaid and it scares the heck out of me.

I have been on remicade since november. I still have abdominal pain but it is not as bad as it use to be. I don't notice the pain being any worse after a dose although I do feel a little more constipated even though I am not. Does anybody have the magic pill?
