:welcome: Hopefully the remicade will put you back into remission and your energy levels will rise on their own. Have you had your B-12 levels checked?

Hi Mike
I feel bad to hear that you went out of remission. I understand how you feel. I am on Remicade also and I feel tired all the time and have pain a lot. I am trying also to find the answer of how to get back to my old energetic self!!

Hi Mike..

I'm so sorry you came out of your remission.
I don't have answers to your questions..I do know Crohn's itself makes you tired
and if you are in pain constantly, that can wear you out.

I'm pleased you came here...
someone may have some answers for you.

All the best,
Welcome to the Forum!!
Welcoming Hugs~Nancy

HI Mike and Welcome to the forum, there is so much to learn about this disease and I know first hand because I have had it 17dx and since I was 15 I had symptoms. Sometimes it goes in stages, and since everyone is different in the disease along with meds, stress is not the cause but can agrivate your symptoms. Remicade has done well for most and takes up to 3 months for it to kick in or maybe they need to up your dosage. I am sorry you went through a break up and that is very tough to go through, losing your job... heck even healthy people would be tired. Crohns itself can make you tired, lack of B12, nutrition and Remicade could be doing it to. Everyone is here to help you, venting or asking questions will really help you and your Crohns. Hang in there ok! Keep us updated.

Thanks everyone its good to talk to people that understands what im going through. when you try to explain to them how it drags you down they have a answer like get more sleep or your just lazy or you get the look you know the one where people feel like this is not serious. working for my self makes it hard sometimes also with the extra stress. but listening to you guys who know and understand when you vent a little bit. makes you feel a bit beter.

Hi Mike. Fatigue is common in this disease. You should also check your Vitamin D levels. Mine were really low when I was most fatigued and the supplements I take have helped a lot.

Welcome.
