Swimming and stoma/bag?

So what do you guys do when you swim? I got the impression you could with your pouch,but I am finding this wont be so easy because I have to change my bag every time I shower in a holister bag
I know they sell a cover for the stoma but was hoping I find a bag that holds water the cymed is supposed to so I will try that one

I swim a lot* and don't really have a problem. If I think that there is going to be some possibility of the base of the bag lifting, I add some strips of micropore around the edges, but this is more for my peace of mind.

Why do you have to change your bag every time that you shower? I don't; I have an ileostomy and use a Coloplast Alterna one piece opening bag.

*I even went snorkelling every day for 10 days in the Galapagos Islands.

As soon as hollister gets wet it unsticks and is no longer any good....
not sure why but its stinks. I like their bags but wont keep using them due to this fact.
