So what do you guys do when you swim? I got the impression you could with your pouch, but I am finding this wont be so easy because I have to change my bag every time I shower in a holister bag :(
I know they sell a cover for the stoma but was hoping I find a bag that holds water the cymed is supposed to so I will try that one :)

I swim a lot* and don't really have a problem. If I think that there is going to be some possibility of the base of the bag lifting, I add some strips of micropore around the edges, but this is more for my peace of mind.

Why do you have to change your bag every time that you shower? I don't; I have an ileostomy and use a Coloplast Alterna one piece opening bag.

*I even went snorkelling every day for 10 days in the Galapagos Islands. :D
