Its really not that scary. Even if you encounter an evil spirit, there are ways of making it leave. I have encountered mainly residual haunts though. Ive had atleast a few trying to get MY attention though, and thats pretty cool. I may seem like a kook to some people...I know that. But even the house I live in is haunted. :)

J, you are a kook and I know it for sure!:rof::tongue:But, Love ya anyway!;)

No. 1.although I did Dolphin watch I was laughing with joy. (perhaps I shouldn't have put that one in because it nearly makes 3 trues, but the cold has slowed down my imagination.Must try harder)

I rode the camel in Australia with my grandson,'cos no-one else would.
about 15yrs ago this month while walking my dogs on a quiet beach I saw what I thought was a log floating near the shore. Then an arm moved on the tide and we realised it was a body.My husband waded in and pulled her onto the beach. It was post cell phone days for us,so I stayed with her while he went to phone the police.Turned out she had cancer and had drowned herself.Very sad.

I could imagine doing the drive myself
I imagine it would have been a treat to actually meet Ed Asner :)

Honestly they were all believable...I just took a wild guess :p

Ed Asner was very gracious and let me get my picture taken with him. He was staying at our hotel while doing a show there in Lake George. It was him by himself doing a one man show pretending to be Roosevelt. He would be in the lobby in the morning with his assist. every morning and he would sign autographs. my hubs got our picture develoed fast and Ed signed it "Best of luck and Love to you Teresa. Love Ed Asner!" He was really easy going and nice to talk to. I will never forget it.

By the way, good guess!!!:thumleft:

try again:

1. I was babysitting a newborn at 12 yrs. old

2. I could cook stew when I was 10 yrs. old

Thanks! It's actually hard when I am feeling well to stay away from it (but I do!)...when I am sick with a flare now, it's the LAST thing on my mind! I take that as a sign of progress :) And congrats to you as well on quitting! Traveling is a great way to celebrate. Right now quitting smoking is helping me pay off my bills quicker so I can travel someday soon! :)

For your 3 selections....that's a tough one....but I'm going to say #2 is the lie again lol.

Nope, it's no.3

I started watching my Mom and Grandma cook when I was very young and learned fast. I can cook almost anything now! Love it!

I didnt peek Mama T - we posted together - well almost but your post just bet mine.

Tyr this:
1. My first time driving I drove my father in to a concrete wall.
2.My first time skiing I was taken off the slopes in an ambulance with spinal injury.
3. My first time on the luge fast track I grazed my face and totally caked in mud when I got airborne and the luge and I rolled down a hill.

Kirsty, is it #1??

OK, here I go again...

1. When I was 4 years old, my papa took me to the park where I got my lip cut off.
2. When I was 15 years old, I was seriously injured in a cliff jumping accident.
3. When I was 13 years old, I slipped on some ice after church, and bit my lip off.

Hi Bug - yes it is #1 - I took him in to a concrete wall on my second lesson. He got out of the car - picked stuff that had fallen off and told me to drive home. I told him no way!

Bug is yours #3?

Carol - I was numba #1 - number 3 is totally true:rof:

Bug are you # 2?QUOTE]

Yep. I love cliff jumping, and never been injured.

#1, My papa was pushing me on a swing, I fell off, and there was broken glass in the sand. I am always the lucky one to find those goodies! :ylol2: My lip was cut right off, and had to be stitched back on.

#3, After church while I was getting into the car, my cousin decided to trip me, and succeeded. I couldn't catch my balance because I kept slipping on the ice. I hit the car and tire, and then ground, with my face. Bit my lip off, so it's been stitched on twice!

My Turn;

1. Last year, I catered a wedding by myself.
2. I went parasailing in Key West and I am terrified of heights.
3. When I was a kid, my uncle had a dirt track and used to let us kids take an old car and drive it around the track with no adult supervision.

As for mine, number 2 was the lie!

I am horribly addicted to Chapstick! I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night to put it on, and I always have extras. I do have a niece who looks frighteningly similar to me… which is extreme good luck on her part, because her mother is not very pretty! If you can't tell, I don't like her much. :voodoo:

My dog does always want to play at bedtime, and I was just thinking last night how convenient it would be if I could throw his toys across the room in my sleep. :p

its hard to pierce something you dont' have!

Well, I am a big cooker, and, Im not one to toot my own horn, but, my ribs are increadible! Lol (toot toot!!) But I've never entered them into any contests or anything. So Kirsty is right!!! #1 is the lie. :)
