Weird poo

ok so i cannot figure out what came out of me today.
the rest of the bm was normal, but when i wiped i noticed a bit that was really hard and white. (*************** for this next bit).... so i squished it lol, and it was like really really white and creamy-ish. with a hard shell on the outside!
what the hell?

i have though of everything i have eaten in the past few days and the only things that white are meds.
could it have been tylenol? ive never pooped out tylenol before though. and it wasnt in the shape of tylenol. maybe it morphed as it passed through my intestines?

Never had that happen before - i've seen undigested food but never anything white. Sounds like the meds. Maybe a defective pill?

Hmm, I'd say call the Dr if it happens again. It could be that your body isn't breaking up the pills the way that it should

haha nope i didnt have any mentos! now i want some though. omg the fruit ones? the best.

mRae, yeah im thinking it was a pill. probs the tylenol cause it was so white. i took it on a very empty stomach yesterday so maybe it processed weird. ive been on the same meds for months though and never had this happen, so i think it was just a fluke incident.
totally weird though!

I heard once that the most common objects found in the bottom of porta potties is One-A-Day vitamins. Some of these vitamins have such a hard coating they can just pass through almost unscathed.

I would guess it was a shell of the Tylenol. I have seen lettuce and a few other undigested things in the toilet. Usually they appear when I eat and start drinking a lot of coffee or some other similar circumstance.

It could also be, and in my opinion it probably is, mucus. It happens some times when you have bowel issues like we do. Your intestines produce a tremendous amount of mucus in one spurt for some reason and often times it is white. Trying not to add too much to the eww-factor; it looks like you've been having a bit of kinky fun. It can get a little crusty too. The two types of mucus aren't much different, really. Mostly just the lack of the special ingredient.

Tablets won't have a 'shell' to them unless they are enteric coated and there's no reason for tylenol to be enteric coated. They're uniform all the way through.

intestinal mucous seems like a possibility though. but can it be the color of snow? never had that before but could be i guess

It can be that white. I've had precisely what you have a few times in the past. I had to convince my doctor and mother both that I hadn't sneaked off in the middle of the night to an orgy or something.

Erm aight, the last comment that colt just made has this entire thing a bit... well... wow lolz!

Never knew intestinal mucus could be like that, gives me something to watch out for tho and not get really worried about I guess. Id still say it could be the pill so, very odd , dont know.
