What is YOUR weather like today??

Crohn's Disease Forum

Help Support Crohn's Disease Forum:

Brilliant news Ron. We're not having that luck here. Our numbers are pretty much like Europe, back to what they were earlier this year. At least we have a beautifully clear sky today, not so cold and we're almost halfway through November.

I'm contemplating getting the Xmas tree up soon. Everyone else is. I did notice that the Xmas lights are going up around towns now. Hopefully we will be let out soon. This is boring now.

Good luck Val, I hope all is ok. We didn't get anything from the storms ,they just evaporated as they fell over the range. On the other hand Sydney got hammered this afternoon with strong winds bringing down trees, heavy hail and flash flooding from heavy rain. Probably our turn tomorrow.Ron.

Seems like the temp has been stuck on 11c for months now.The sun is shining in a cloudless sky although it's very low.
I find the low winter sun shows every spec of dust in the house and a flick with the duster only makes it float about and settle somewhere else.

I bet Ron and Buff have the same problem.....Oh, the trials of being a fussy housewife.

My regular laptop is out for repair when the keyboard quit working. Apparently the battery swelled up and kinked the board. I was told it was a fire hazzard and he put the old battery outside for safety. I'll be glad to get it back, its one of the few laptops that have the keyboard up front and that useless track pad is in the back by the screen, as I use a mouse. If I have to wait much longer, I will have to get an external keyboard to use with this newer laptop. -8C with a flurry.
Carol, it becomes a blizzard of dust specs when the sun comes out:)

very wet and windy out there today. Very much like Autumn. Sorry for not a drop of rain in your parts Ron. Starting to sound like an Australian Summer there now. Same old story of dry weather/high temps.

Carol, is it time for a new thermometer? just a joke. It's what we call our temperate climate. It's 11C all year.

A couple of severe but small supercells passed just west of Ipswich yesterday causing severe damage to a couple of properties. We had a max of 33 yesterday. High temps expected today, Tasmania is the only state forecast not to reach mid forties c in some areas with extreme fire danger. Frazer Island is on fire and several areas have been evacuated. the fire has been burning for four days and is not under control.Ron.

9c with sunshine and short showers...Decided to chance a cycle ride and got all of 50yrds from the door and the heavens opened....hey ho there'll be other times.Had a walk to the park instead and still lots of people about.....Thanks for the heads up regarding bird food Chris..Will get stocked up next week.

I miss the slower life prior to the electronic world, I used the library a lot. Ordering something mean't having to wait weeks for delivery, now it only takes a day or two. Having the internet has brought the library to my home. I can check things like fuel prices from the comfort of my chair. How the world has changed since the times of the rotory dial party lines, having to share the line with several other homes. Yesterday was long, I completed my fuel supply and should be good for the winter in terms of gasoline and a top up of furnace oil. Treated myself with a chinese food dinner.
-7C and expecting some snow.

Heatwave conditions in Qld today. The fire on Frazer island is still burning. They are now saying it has been burning for nearly a month. We have had a lot of strong northerly winds in the past month and the newly revealed timeline for the fire explains the crappy air quality we have been having over the past few weeks. Apparently the fire has burned up 40 kilometres at the Northern end of the island. I am not quite sure why it is so difficult to extinguish a fire on an Island. Ron.

9c and breezy....walked down to the river....trouble is when you do that you have to walk back up as there's no other way to get home.
I've had lower back problems for about 10yrs which is def. getting worse. When I was on steroids last month I noticed my back ache disappeared.
I mentioned this to my Ibd nurse and she's going to have a word with the consultant to see if it could be a crohns symptom....Does it sound familiar to anyone ?

-9C Partly cloudy with a passing flurry. I'm going to have to do some shoveling this afternoon, like everything else it will take a little bit longer this year. Carol, your pains could be related to Chrons and probably a little bit of aging too. I've had sharp pains that come and go in an unexplained way. They can be bad enough to make me wonder if its the end, then the pain backs off to the point I forget about it only to rise again later.

Raining on and off today. Really quite breezy too. My neighbour told me of her nephew passing aged 53 with covid. First one i've actually heard of that has had it. I've always had lower back pain but i was knocked off a scooter when younger. Steroids always gave me really bad leg and lower back pain, but i would say that some back pain is definitely crohn's related.

Heads up on the bird seed. It was only today that i realised i've been getting through so much less lately. I have no real small bird visitors, nor my pigeons and my doves are rarely seen either. I don't have the volume of jackdaws. Something is amiss.

Dammed if you do, dammed if you don't Carol. Steroids are a magic anti inflammatory but they also rip calcium out of your body . They put me into osteo penia ,one step below osteo perosis . the trouble is that the bone loss on my lower spine has caused bulging discs.
very hot again,23c overnight, cooling a bit this afternoon but we have the possibility of supercells forming tonight. Ron.

It's predicted to start snowing/raining tonight ending before morning. Risk of freezing rain late this evening and overnight and/or a possible snowfall of roughly 2 to 4 cm. I'm hoping it's snow! The low should be around -3c. Carol, ever since I started having the onset of crohn's, my lower back has become steadily more stiff and painful. I believe it's inflammation and nerve damage in my case... For some reason it bothers me most when I lie down and sleep or if I sit too long. It aches constantly to some extent but once I'm up and moving it becomes less painful most days. I take 2-3 codeine 8mg with acetaminophen every morning around 4AM when it cuts up. (every day) And yes, prednisone made it go away temporarily for me too. Due to the side effects of the pred I stick with the codeine. Just my 2 cents.

I have bulging discs too Ron. I also understand the can't sit for long. I do have to get on the floor (or bed) every so often and bring my knees up and swing them side to side otherwise the bones just set and cause nerve pain also. Seems to be well linked with us Crohnies. I suppose it's all from the inflammation going on down in that area.

The rain has stopped and it's far less windy today. In fact, it's not too cold out at all. Will go out today but not stop out anywhere as the numbers are up. Can't believe how this is being handled. It's very depressing. All the govts and healthcare teams aren't doing anything good with planning and organisation (the antipodeans aside) and we're not seeing any real improvements in life at all,. Time i got off grid up near Buff or got that one person island i think.

15c and breezy. It really shouldn't be this mild mid November.Had nice bike ride before the Change in the weather comes.
I haven't had any back trauma in the past,it just crept up on me.I can't stand or walk for more than an hour but I do push myself to the point of tears. Thanks to Buff for pointing out that I'm ready for the scrap heap...…...I had forgotten. hahaha

I have degraded discs in my neck and my torn rotory cuff that remains weak. The pains come and go with tinnitus in tandem when inflammation rises and falls. The spinal nerve gets pinched which leads to a range of symptoms including fainting and feeling like passing out. I typically take one percocet after an afternoon of work and they provide good pain control as long as one respects the pill as they can be addictive.
The virus cases are rising here too, and the thing is the virus does not obey government mandates. They close down businesses to the point that many go out of business, yet they allow kids to be crammed into school buses and shoe horn people into public transit. The same rules should apply to all if we are going to have any chance of keeping the numbers down.

A normal storm last night and showers this morning. Problems in South Australia with a new covid out break. It escaped from a quarantine set up and was brought in by an Australian returning from the UK. It has really caused problems as it is a new strain of the virus. The old strain had an incubation period of up to 14 days. This new strain the incubation is only 3 days. Adelaide has gone into immediate lockdown. Ron.

Hi All
The weather here is naff gloomy wet & windy the eye test went ok did not take as long as I thought.
The vertigo is still bothering me but I was ok on Eye test day.
My son has just come back home as his relationship with the girlfriend broke down.
They had a baby that was stillborn three years ago, I dont think it helped.

Take Care folks Valx

Been there Val .We don't want our kids to be unhappy, but I wish Scott was back with us,as old as he is.I hope your son finds the right solution.
Chris,I've stocked up on seeds and fat balls etc. and I'm saving yoghurt pots to do some home made ones.
9c and breezy here and maybe a drop in temps tonight.

No storm, but it is breezy, we are having a power outage and I am running the generator. With the colder weather I made a new ice monument for the one that prematurely melted last week. With the rising case numbers I am going to stock up to avoid the crowds. It seems to be getting worse very quickly in the areas that have so far avoided the first and second waves, many still don't take the virus seriously which does not help.

Wet and gloomy out. Not so very cold at the moment, but the short days are making me feel as though i'm struggling at the moment. Can't really do anything normal as yet.

Ron, that new strain has caused concerns about the vaccines all ready to roll out. This is going to be one long road i think. We're sick of it, but it doesn't seem to go away. They're now quite certain in was in Europe in September last year.

Stay safe all.

another 500 deaths today. These notifications are hidden in the middle of the newspaper. Why don't they put it on the front page in big letters every day ? Then maybe folks will take it seriously. We all know that the younger generation don't read the papers and probably only look at celeb. news etc. so put it where they can't miss it and maybe they'll take it seriously to the benefit of us all..No doubt there'll be another lockdown after the xmas shenanigans......But I digress. 6c and blazing sunshine...

2C damp to the bones. We had a 10 hour outage which gave the generator a chance for a good run. Its been frustrating in how they use privacy as an excuse to cover up the numbers and locations of the rising cases. All we want to know is where they are happening and how many, we are not asking for names. All they tell us is that we have had X new cases in the region that covers hundreds of square kms. Its going to be a long winter, not for the weather in how the virus is being handled.

Temps have been a bit cooler this week and it has been cloudy most days but no rain. Adelaide is coming down of lockdown after the latest covid scare. Contact tracing was implemented immediately and over 400 people were put into quarantine and thousands more tested. Only one case today and that was in quarantine. The health services in Australia are really on the ball. I hope it stays that way. Ron.

We're on the ball here in the UK Ron, at least that's what the government and cronies are telling us....I don't know anyone who believes it though.
A nice day here.9c and sunny but a bit of a chilly breeze.....

Very cold today. Well, I say it is. It's not cold compared to Canada, but i'm feeling it.

papers are admitting that we have had the same number of deaths as this time last year. I so want this to be over. Almost wasn't worth bothering with the cancer treatment. My bucket list has all been cancelled now and i wonder when i shall get out to join in something. I'd willingly put up with my former partner just for a chat during this lockdown. What a horrible year it's been.

Stay safe everyone.

8c with a cloudless blue sky.We went for a cycle but I didn't enjoy it as much as usual.
The sun is very low in the sky and I nearly had a few bumps because of it...The traffic was ridiculous.I mean where the heck are these folk going ?
The pubs and cafes are shut as are non essential shops. They couldn't ALL be going for groceries surely.

They are predicting severe storms for us tomorrow. We will start with hot northerly winds and temps around 32c then a southerly front will come in at 27c. The cool air will get lifted to the heavens and we will be under the result. Expecting strong winds rain and large hail. Victoria has non had a community caused covid case for 24 days, new South wales 16 days and Qld 64 days. Pretty well every state has an app now for when you go out. Wherever you go you log in when you get there and logout when you leave. makes tracing a lot easier. Ron.

A good enough autumn day here. Was utterly frosty this morning with everything covered in frost but not icy really. It's warmed up beautifully now. Had a good old listen to two blackbirds singing last night. Haven;t heard birds other than jackdaws for a while now. I've also seen my doves too. Hopefully as the colder weather comes in they'll be back. I've ordered another sack of bird food now, Chris. Hopefully they'll be happy with the extras put out.

Went for my appointment today. Northampton is deserted almost. Only the essentials open, but bloody freezing. God, my hands went so numb i think i shall be wearing thermal gloves from now onwards. Some nice Xmas decorations going on now. The village i'm in has it's trees up above the long row of shops and some of the houses are already festive.

Stay safe all.

a mild 12c and sunny...….yesterday there was a picture in the national newspaper of our sea front in Tynemouth...OMG !!! it was rammed with pedestrians and traffic and jammed car park. The paper was making a point about the present lockdown.....it's really embarrassing.

We were on the bikes but headed in the opposite direction luckily although we did notice the traffic was bad.

-3C with 5 cms of fresh snow. Its the same here with the forecasting Ron; when they call for partly cloudy there has been times when I have had to dig out from 15cms of so called partly cloudy which is often a bonus. On the other hand a summer shower ends up with ttrees down, washouts and the generator running from the resulting outages. I moved the truck down to the winter parking area, just in case this small snowfall ends up with a surprise.

45 degrees now and my dog says nope not going out in that rain.....don't have to go that bad :) At least this morning it was dry. Interesting thing with the Oregon Coast it's so back and forth. You just have to look out your window to see if you can get to the beach before having to have wet dog smell in your car lol.

We are looking at a week of Australia wide heatwave. It is only just starting but the hottest temp in the country today is expected to be 49c. My state will exceed 40c in the west for the next week. Fire danger is extreme just about everywhere. WE are looking at a repeat of last year if things don't improve. Our leaders follow science when it comes to covid but when it comes to climate change it is only about the economy. Ron.

Your weather experience has been well documented these past few days. It is on many Youtube channels at the moment, Ron. Doesn't look good. Sincerely hope it doesn't bring those fires like last year. Try and stay cool. I know, it's impossible.

We're still having high death rates for Covid, mind, our govt counts anyone with covid as a covid death. We don't have deaths from anything else these days which is truly embarrassing. Those that experience it worst and die of it are generally late 70's early 80's. I do feel for them. I'd rather go in a normal circumstance, not one that will make me suffer like the rest. Btw, my bloodworks show everything to be stable, which is great. I'm pleased with that. Just wish this past year could have been far more interesting. It is when you get over your cancer that you realise that you need to do those things that you always meant to do, (Doesn't incl climing Everest though). I've literally sat home waiting for this to end and worrying when i do go out. As Carol says, there are loads of loonies that don't pay attention to isolation/spacing and masks. I've got hedgehog masks and one with wildlife badges, pins, and brooches on it. There are some interesting ones out there but i've got my badged one which seems unique.

It's sunny after a very hard frost this morning. Apparently it's going to be nicer at the weekend.

In London, it's grey and 6°C with showers and dry spells. We've been told to expect freezing temperatures from Thursday evening. There is already snow up North.
My knees and elbows are giving me jip but then I'm no longer a spring chicken. Still in lockdown tier 2 until the 2nd of December which means essential trips only and supermarkets and chemists open only.
Central London appears to be open as usual as I take a virtual walk of Oxford St and Regent Street on You Tube. Sofa surfing at it's best. Keeping an eye on my diet and cutting out all oils to keep stomach ache at bay. I love camomile tea and honey ( so I keep telling myself).

I got my flu shot finally, there was only enough for ten others and they don't know when more will arrive. While driving I saw a huge swath of forest destroyed by clear cut logging just over the past week. The shear amount of destroyed forests that have taken place in the last 10 years alone is staggering. They are stripping forests far faster than they can grow, and what comes back supports little in the way of wildlife and is also prone to insect infestations. I believe there is more to climate change than just energy use. as we are litterally changing the surface of the planetary habitat or lack of.

I agree way back in the day I did forestry work and you have to leave a percentage of the old growth to keep things healthy....seems like they don't do that anymore the almighty greed. It's cold her but not rainy need to get my but to the beach with my dog Kai. Ya my blood work was off which I knew but they needed to test again the other day. Usual CRP and D and Red Blood way off it is amazing how your body knows when to contact medical.

Parts of SA hitting 46c today. The Aust wide heat map looks pretty scary with the amount of violet showing. Violet is the highest rating and indicates temps over 45c. Everybody will be heading to the air conditioned shopping centres, just what you need in a covid world. My vertigo has ramped up a bit with the heat but I am getting better at managing it. My brother rang the other day (my only sibling) He is 76. He gets PSA tests (prostate specific antigen) done once a year his range is usually around 1.1 and in the past 12 months it has risen to 7. He will probably need a prostate biopsy , a nasty procedure. Ron.

Another white start to the day. It's only a harsh frost but it's chilly to say the least. It's already 5C though and the sun is trying to come through. Hopefully things will be warmer over the weekend as we're expecting thicker cloud cover.

Ron, i saw all that area in violet earlier in the week. Much of the area is expected to hit 50C. Make sure you stay safe. Hope the vertigo improves and also that your brother is going to get better.

Jane, Kai will appreciate that walk on the beach more than you do. I used to force myself to get out onto the moors with my dog back in the day. Always worried about needing the loo and no loos available but it wasn't always the case that i would have to get in the car fast. I do have fond memories of that.

Buff, why don't they go further up and take all those branchless acid rain trees? they look unsightly in documentaries.

WE had a bit of spring rain and it caused a lot of inland NSW to green up. The trees don't grow back that fast but the grass does and they are worried that it will dry out and start grassfires. If there is any wind they move fast and cause a lot of destruction. My puter has been playing up a lot lately. I use restart points to resurrect it but they reset the hard drive in unused space. I think I have just about run out of space. So I bought a new desktop today. It makes this computer look very old with ssd instead of a hard drive. looking forward to setting it up.Ron.

As if life isn't depressing enough they murder our trees through greed and leave an ugly scare in their place....

My hubby had a PSA test a couple of weeks ago.Doctor phoned on Wed to say his level was 11-7......last year it was 9-2 but we weren't told.
He's going to the hospital on Tues. I'm really worried but not showing it. What with cancer last year and heart attack this year what next?

Feeling for you Carol. They didn't tell you? My niece has a slightly raised ca-125, was just above 35 in July had her pre op for biopsy and nothing since. They haven't called her up. She's a brca1+ relative too. It's scary to be honest. Sorry to hear about the heart attack. It's so hard not worrying. Bet hubby is secretly worried too. keep safe

Dealing with bad health is both scary and frustrating. I had another gallbladder attack, the pain works its way through the bile duct and then inflames my intestines. In the end there is sand inside my colostomy bag from the stones working through. I'll be having my ultrasound next week. I hope they find something definitive.

The predicted heat is happening. Grass fires started in SA but were handled quickly. Total firebans in most states including bans on harvesting grain crops. Warning for everyone to drink plenty of water and seek shelter. A young child sadly died after being left alone in a car in north Qld yesterday. most of western NSW is over 40c today with strong gusty winds.
Growing old is certainly a health challenge . For 48 years every thing I thought was serious turned out to be non life threatening. Then I was dxed with late stage colon cancer. Since then everything I think is nothing to worry about turns out to be life threatening . I doubt if there is a graceful way to age. Ron.

When I was younger I thought that the golden years were supposed to be just that. Life was difficult, I never got a break anytime along the way, just struggles. Later I learned that it was because I was living with Chrons once it was officially diagnosed. Now having reached the late stages of life I realize that there is no easy street, no pleasures, life is about plodding along that rough road with the wolves of various stripes following me in terms of health, pain management, finances, and loneliness.
-5C under sunshine, a good day for a walk.

A change in wind direction has given Vic and SA a reprieve form high temps today. It is now NSW turn with temps of 40c in Sydney and mid 40's in the west. Qld is heating up with temps over 40 in the west and over30c in the SE. Frazer island is still on fire . They don't seem to be able to control it. October temp records were set in several parts of Australia. It is very similar to last year.Ron.

It didn't drop nearly as much as expected but it sure is windy. I woke up to -1c this morn and we have risen to around 6c for today's high. Nice pics, Jane... I would love to have a German Shepherd!! :)
You will need strong vacuum and lots of brushing...wow she sheds. I had a wolf malamute 20 years ago and he only did so the normal 2x a year. It keeps me active lol

One house burnt down in west Sydney and around 100 separate fires burning between the NSW southern border and SE Qld. Mostly grass fires, winds are around 70Kph. and some of the fires are moving so fast only water bombers can keep up with them. Cooler front coming thru tomorrow but still fairly high winds. As bad as last summers fires were they only burned out about 15 % of the forest so there is still a lot to burn.Ron.

Like dogs, cats shed a lot too. Years ago I had a neighbor who's friend desperately needed to find a home for their cat as they were moving out of the country and couldn't take it with them. He told me this cat has never shed fur ever. I had a hard time keeping a straight face and I could see the desperation of his plight so I adopted the cat. The cat had a very good temperament, but alias I had to regularly brush him like any other cat.
-4C with some light snow.

Hotter here today. Birdsville expected to be the hottest part of the state with 47c. Cooler weather over night in NSW allowed the fire brigades to reduce the number of fires to 60. Our biggest problem at the moment is that the north of Australia has had little or no rain resulting in extreme heat. the lows passing over the centre of the country are dragging all of the northern heat into the south of the country . Frazer is still burning and we were not sure why. Apparently the island has had no rain so far this year. It is a sand island and all of the output from water bombers is disappearing into the dry sand and is having little or no effect on the fires.Ron.

That poor baby, Ron. Omg, how can someone do that?! Interesting about Fraser Island. No rain at all. Blimey. Us Brits would love that. Not sure about the fires though.

My mum used to live in Oregon, Jane. A place called Camas. She worked for the people who owned MaCheesmo Mouse. She loved it there before moving on to California.

I like the sound of gentle snowfall. I've seen plenty of Canada on Youtube, Chris. And Buff, i love that not only the cat was taken in by you. Haha, a cat without moulting lol. I think you need that bald 'Spinx' breed. Mind would be awful cold. My lovely cat is 16.5 years and is rather old at that age. I just want to outlive her really. then i won't care about my health. I'll go when it happens.

Not as foggy as it has been these past few days. It's full cloud cover today and wet out.

Lockdown is over very soon as numbers are down by a third. I mean until the next lockdown that is.

Stay safe all.

Hot for the next few days. The northern territory has recorded its hottest October in over 100 years and in Tasmania it is snowing on the mountains. I am finding the heat is really sapping my energy. I wake up planning so much and achieve nothing. The worst part of the heat is the overnight temps of 25-27 c . It is very difficult to get any worthwhile sleep. Ron.

Hello,
I'm a newbie (bingo lingo) and I have had chronic lower back problems for years. I have been lucky to live near a physio/sports injury clinic and been given all sorts of stretching exercises to do when my back gets stiff. The pain travels down one leg which is classic sciatica due to pressure on a nerve in my spine and a bulging disc. Not bad enough for an operation. Advised to apply heat, rest my leg up on a cushion when at home and take painkillers. Walking for too long can make the pain worse so it's an excuse for moderate exercise rather than a two mile walk. I am undiagnosed for Crohn's but was told I probably had Celiac Disease and should avoid wheat. I'm not convinced.

Catlover, if you cut all gluten and dairy for 6 weeks your vili (sp) will have regrown, repaired and you wouldn't have issues. If you have done this and still have the big D then it's prob not Coeliac Disease. Good luck to you.

Lovely and sunny albeit with a chill in the air. Went to the local town and got a few things done that needed doing and will probably get on with the garden for a few short spells, lest i knacker myself, lol.

Really feeling for you and that weather Ron. Stay cool if you can.

Ah Ron, I really feel for you. At least if you feel cold you can warm up with a sweater or a log on the fire. I remember the Aussie heat well.Getting out of the car was like stepping into a furnace.I have a photo somewhere of me sitting with my feet in an esky full of ice and a plastic bag full of ice on my head....I haven't been the same since...

Hello and welcome Catlover (One of many on here)…….You're symptoms sound very familiar. Solpadine works for me ok,Tramadol doesn't do much though.Although walking to far is a no-no,I still tackle it and have to double over in the street to stretch. It must look like I'm playing leap frog with hubby.I find cycling far easier.

A massive storm hit NSW over night. It started up in Canberra ,dropped over the dividing range into the Illawarra and then headed north into
Sydney. It was accompanied by strong winds, heavy rain and severe lightning. There is a large clean up underway this morning with thousands of homes without power. We had a very hot and humid night, Highest temp yesterday was on the qld /NSW border at 48c.Ron.

That Austrian heat sounds like my tours in Afghanistan. So hot all you car about is where is your next source of water. Hope it gets under control soon. I fought fires a couple times with the military ya not fun. Ya German Shepherd flown over when she was 1 I got her at 3+ and she just turned 4. She doesn’t mind the cold, only 41 F on beach this morning.

Good morning, it's hard to get out of bed when the duvet is so snug. If your joints ache, then walking to the shops or the doctor's surgery can seem like a hike in the Alps. My patch of garden is full of weeds and my footpath has moss and dead leaves. I'm ignoring gardening until next spring.
People throw litter on the ground and there is no one to collect it. I want to move from this neighbourhood to a little piece of heaven after the pandemic. Drinking soya milk and hoping to shed my blubber like a seal.

It's a frosty -5c here at the moment. I bought some more suet yesterday so I'm well stocked now. I feel for everyone forgoing medical procedures right now, including my father. He like many others has precancerous keratoses that I'm treating at home without liquid nitrogen. Liquid butane is sufficient although it takes more treatments... that and he uses daily topical castor oil. I hope this situation improves but there doesn't seem to be a swift solution.

Hello, it's raining and cold in London. No snow yet. What can I say about receptionists, they are trained to be rude and annoying. Yesterday, I was feeling full of cold and feeling sorry for myself. I rang for a sick note. "We don't accept emails or phone calls anymore, it has to be an e-consult request".
After googling my practice and registering my details, I managed to do it. Hurray ! Not senile just yet.
