Anyone's knees feel eff'd?

Hi guys, so im on remi, also have osteoporosis, but I don't know If that's why my knees feel so stuffed, I cant describe it, its not an extreme pain, but theyre soo stiff, feels like cartilage is running low or something, (im only 25) sometimes I wonder why this **** happens to me.

Could be active inflammation.
Or reaction to Remicade.
10 days of 6MP has given me nanna knees!
