I'm experiencing some leakage and I don't know where it's coming from. I haven't taken a good look, but if it was a fistula, it would hurt, right? I don't feel anything coming out of my anus, but when I use the bathroom, I notice yellow spots on my underwear. I'm wiping well each time. It's definitely not vaginal (too far back). Is this normal?

I never get pain from mine. I think one good indicator is leakage of wind. Have you noticed any feeling of air escaping from that region despite you trying to hold things in?

I've had leakage a few times, but it went away. I even leaked in my bed once too...UGH! Doc checked me - as I was having pain too - but nope, found nothing. Hope your's goes away too!

You could possibly have a little one then. I'd get your GI to check it out next time you see them. I wouldn't worry about it too much for now if you're not getting any pain.

Mine never hurt - until they get clogged and cause an abscess. Then it hurts. It's a tender lump that will hurt when you sit on it.
