Doubts About the Doctor's Decision

My Gastroenterologist keeps mentioning surgery !
I have Crohn's Disease....stricture & inflammation in the terminal Ilieum ( in addition to bile acid malabsorption, gastritis, acid reflux. )
Was diagnosed in 2018.
Tried Humira for 3 years.
Now on Stelara & Budesonide & Methotexate & Folic Acid.
I have a colonoscopy in May, then they will determine what needs to be done to treat my Crohn's Disease in the future.
I don't want surgery unless everything else failed !
